The U.S. Rule 40 Permissions System is currently closed for system updates. U.S. Rule 40 Guidelines for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024 has been released and are accessible for review at www.usopc.org/athlete-marketing. The U.S. process for the upcoming Paris Games will resemble the same process held for Tokyo 2020 and Beijing 2022.
